I'd say everyone has some responsibility to improve society, because small individual actions can create meaningful change when multiplied. The most practical way is through community participation - like how my high school math teacher Mr. Wang volunteered his lunch breaks to help struggling students. In Shanghai where I live now, I see this happening when professionals mentor younger colleagues or when neighbors organize recycling initiatives in our apartment complex. It's not about grand gestures, but consistent small contributions that collectively make a difference. That's why I believe even busy working people like me should find ways to give back, whether through workplace mentoring or local community projects.
