For example, as a UI designer in Shanghai, I have tight deadlines, but if I just rush through tasks without thinking about user needs, the quality suffers. So it's more about balancing efficiency with smart decision-making. That said, in fast-paced industries like tech, poor time management will hold you back-you need both.
