What kind of building would you like to live in?

I'd love to live in a modern apartment with a small balcony. Since I work as a UI designer, having natural light is really important for my work - it helps me see colors accurately. My current place in Shanghai has big windows, but no outdoor space, so that's something I'd like to change. Just somewhere simple but functional would be perfect.
