Did you ever want to have an animal as a pet when you were younger?

Yeah, I actually really wanted a dog when I was younger. I remember begging my parents for one when we lived in Hangzhou, but our apartment was too small at the time. So instead, I used to visit my cousin on weekends just to play with their golden retriever - that was the closest I got to having a pet back then.
