Well, smart home devices are becoming really common in Shanghai households these days. The main reason is convenience - people want to save time on daily chores. For example, in my apartment, I use a robot vacuum that cleans automatically while I'm at work designing interfaces. Many of my colleagues also have smart speakers that control lights or play music with voice commands. That said, some older residents in my neighborhood still prefer doing things manually, saying they don't fully trust these gadgets. But overall, these technologies are definitely changing how we live at home.
