The main reason is that job markets are becoming more specialized, and opportunities aren't evenly distributed. For example, when I was learning video editing last year, I noticed that most advanced roles were concentrated in bigger cities, where companies have the resources to invest in creative projects. That said, I don't think everyone has to relocate-it depends on their field and priorities. In some cases, remote work or local opportunities can be enough, but for those aiming for top-tier positions, flexibility with location often becomes essential.
