The Service
IELTS Speaking Prep is an independent preparation tool. You provide a small set of personal stories and profile details, and the service generates personalized IELTS Speaking answers for the current question bank, quality-checked to your chosen target band, with translations and a printable answer book.
By using IELTS Speaking Prep, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
A Quality Standard, Not an Exam-Score Promise
The band level you select is a quality standard for the study materials we deliver — an internal quality check calibrated to the public IELTS Speaking band descriptors — NOT a promise of the score you will achieve in your real exam.
Your actual exam result depends on your own delivery, pronunciation, and performance on the day, which we cannot control. Our tools help you prepare with answers built from your own life; they do not replace your own practice and judgment.
No Official Affiliation
IELTS Speaking Prep is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by IELTS, the British Council, IDP, or Cambridge Assessment English.
References to IELTS, the Speaking test, band scores, or question types are for preparation purposes only and do not imply any endorsement, partnership, or official affiliation. Official IELTS rules and results always outrank anything produced by this service.
Packages, Credits, and Validity
- Each package includes credits sized for one quarter's question bank. Unlocking whole-quarter generation is a flat one-time charge; the remaining credits are used to regenerate or refine individual answers.
- Credits are consumed only when AI generation runs. Building your story assets is free.
- A package is valid for three months from purchase. Credits have no cash value except as described in our Refund Policy or where required by law.
- When a new quarter arrives, answers you already have for repeated questions are reused at no extra generation cost; only genuinely new questions are generated.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and the terms shown at purchase apply.
Your Content
The stories and profile you provide remain yours. You grant us permission to process them to generate and translate your answers and to operate the service.
The answers we generate are for your personal exam preparation. You may study, print, and rehearse them, but you may not resell or redistribute them as a commercial product.
You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of what you enter, and for reviewing generated content before relying on it.
Acceptable Use and Availability
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, account abuse, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass credits, rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions. Do not share, resell, or misuse account access.
We aim to provide a stable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI providers, hosting providers, payment providers, or other third parties may affect availability or output quality.
We may change AI providers, model routing, or service configuration without prior notice. Output wording may vary slightly, but the quality-gate and delivery principles remain consistent.
Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided as is and as available to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IELTS Speaking Prep will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost opportunities, lost profits, lost data, or exam outcomes.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the product or legal requirements change. The updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
