I'd say a positive attitude helps, but it's not enough on its own. The main reason is that success often requires both mindset and practical skills-you need to take action and adapt to challenges. For example, in my work as a UI designer, staying optimistic helps me handle feedback and tight deadlines, but I still need to improve my technical skills and stay updated on design trends. That said, positivity does make it easier to bounce back from setbacks, which is crucial in competitive fields like mine. So while it's important, it's just one piece of the puzzle.
