Part 3a person's home you visited that you liked, but would not want to live in

What do people need to consider most when choosing a place to live?

Band 7.5 sample answer

I'd say the most important factor is balancing convenience with personal needs. For working professionals like me in Shanghai, commute time makes a huge difference - I chose my current apartment because it's just two metro stops from my design studio. At the same time, the living environment matters too. My friend Li has this charming but noisy apartment I mentioned earlier - great for socializing but impossible for focused work. So while location is key, you've got to consider how the space actually supports your daily routines. That practical match is what really determines if a place feels like home.
