Part 3a child you know who enjoys painting or drawing

What do you think of the view that creating art is beneficial for everyone, whether they are talented or not?

Band 7.5 sample answer

I'd say creating art is definitely beneficial for everyone, whether they're talented or not, because it's more about the process than the outcome. For example, when I was learning video editing last year, I wasn't naturally skilled at it, but the act of creating something from scratch was really satisfying. It helped me relax and focus, even when the results weren't perfect. That said, I think it's important not to pressure people into thinking they need to be good at it-art should be about enjoyment, not competition. Watching my niece draw in the park was a great reminder of that-she wasn't worried about being the best, she was just having fun.
