Do you find it easy to remember people's names?

Actually, I find it a bit tricky to remember names right away. I usually repeat the name once or twice in my head when I meet someone new, or I try to connect it with something about them, like their job or where we met. For example, I met a fellow designer recently, and linking his name to his profession helped me recall it later.
