Do you think buying presents/gifts online is a good idea?

Yeah, I think buying gifts online is pretty convenient, especially since I don't have much free time. Last month, I ordered a book for a friend's birthday on Taobao, and it arrived the next day. It saved me the hassle of going to a physical store, which I really appreciate since my days are usually packed with design work.
