Do you agree or disagree that technology has a positive effect on young people's lives?

I'd say technology generally benefits young people, but it depends how they use it. The main advantage is how it gives instant access to information - like when I'm designing interfaces in Shanghai, I can solve problems immediately by searching online instead of waiting to ask colleagues. That efficiency boost is invaluable. But I've also noticed younger designers in my office sometimes get distracted by social media notifications during work hours. So while technology clearly helps productivity, self-control matters just as much. Schools should probably teach digital discipline alongside technical skills.
