Why does society need people with different types of intelligence?

I think society needs different types of intelligence because complex problems require diverse perspectives. For example, in my UI design work, we need creative thinkers to brainstorm concepts, but also logical minds to handle coding aspects. My high school math teacher, Mr. Wang, was brilliant with numbers but struggled with public speaking - whereas our literature teacher could captivate the whole class with stories. That said, what really matters is how these different strengths complement each other. In Shanghai's tech industry, successful projects always combine analytical and creative talents working together.
