Why is it good for young people to have ambitions?

Ambitions push young people to grow beyond their comfort zones, which is crucial for personal development. For instance, when I decided to learn video editing last year, I had no background in it. But setting that goal forced me to invest time daily, learn new skills, and eventually apply them in my work as a UI designer. Without that ambition, I might have stayed within my familiar tasks and missed out on this valuable skill. It's not just about achieving something grand; even small ambitions can lead to meaningful progress. They teach persistence and adaptability, which are essential in both personal and professional life.
