Will artificial intelligence have a positive or negative effect on communication in the future?

I think AI will mostly improve communication, but with some drawbacks. As a UI designer in Shanghai, I already see how tools like ChatGPT help me explain design concepts more clearly to clients who don't have technical backgrounds. For example, when I need to describe why a button placement matters, AI can suggest simpler analogies that make sense to non-designers. That said, I've noticed younger colleagues relying too much on AI-generated responses in work chats, which sometimes makes their messages sound oddly formal or impersonal. The key is using AI to enhance, not replace, our natural way of connecting.
