I'd say children paint and draw more because they're naturally curious and not afraid to express themselves freely. Adults often worry about making mistakes or creating something perfect, but kids just enjoy the process. Like my niece in Hangzhou - she'll happily spend hours sketching whatever catches her eye, whether it's flowers in the park or our family having dinner. That creative freedom tends to fade as we grow older and become more self-conscious. Even in my work as a UI designer now, I sometimes miss that uninhibited approach to creating things.
