Are doctors paid too much for the work they do?

Honestly, I don't think doctors are overpaid considering their responsibilities. The main reason is the immense pressure they face daily - making life-or-death decisions while working extremely long hours. Just last month, my cousin who's studying nursing in Shanghai told me about a doctor who worked 36 hours straight during an emergency. At the same time, I understand why some people might question their salaries, especially when medical costs are high. But when you see what they actually go through, it puts things into perspective.
