How often do you wear headphones to listen to something?

Actually, I use headphones almost every day while working. Since I'm a UI designer, I often listen to instrumental music to help me focus when I'm creating designs. I find it blocks out office noise but doesn't distract me like songs with lyrics might. That said, I do take breaks to give my ears a rest.
