Why do you think some people don't read messages very carefully?

Well, I think sometimes people just skim messages because they're in a hurry. Like when I'm checking work emails on the metro in Shanghai, I might miss details if I'm rushing between stations. But honestly, when it's something important from my design team, I always make time to read properly - it saves trouble later.
