Are older people better at controlling their feelings than young people?

نموذج إجابة الدرجة 7.5

I'd say generally yes, older people do handle emotions better because they've had more life experience to put things in perspective. Like my high school math teacher Mr. Wang - when students made mistakes, he'd stay calm and explain patiently, while younger teachers might get frustrated more easily. That said, it's not always about age - some young people develop emotional maturity faster through difficult experiences. But overall, those extra years tend to give people more patience and less impulsive reactions to stressful situations.
