What personal skills do people need in order to work for an international company?

I think adaptability is crucial when working for an international company. You need to adjust to different work styles and cultural expectations, which isn't always easy. For example, in my UI design work in Shanghai, I collaborate with overseas clients who have completely different feedback styles - some are very direct while others prefer subtle hints. That means I have to read between the lines and adapt my communication. Language skills help, but cultural awareness matters just as much. You can't just rely on textbook knowledge - real work situations often require quick thinking and flexibility.
