Do people need to be talented to become famous?

I'd say talent helps you get noticed, but hard work keeps you famous. These days in China, with apps like Douyin, anyone can go viral overnight with a funny video or catchy song. But to stay relevant, you need consistency - like my high school math teacher Mr. Wang who became locally famous for his teaching methods. He wasn't just naturally gifted; he spent years refining his approach. That said, luck plays a role too - some talented people never get the right exposure while average content sometimes blows up unexpectedly. The real challenge is maintaining attention after the initial fame.
