What do you think of the idea that the world would be a better place if everyone behaved in the same way?

I don't think the world would be better if everyone behaved the same way. Diversity actually makes life more interesting and helps societies develop. For example, in Shanghai where I live, you see this mix of traditional tea houses and modern coworking spaces-both have their own value and attract different people. If everything was uniform, we'd lose that richness. That said, I do think some basic shared values, like respect, are important everywhere. But beyond that, differences in behavior and culture give places their unique character.
