Well, people make countless small choices daily that really shape their routines. For me as a UI designer in Shanghai, even simple decisions like whether to take the metro or ride a bike to work can affect my whole morning. If I choose the metro, I might squeeze in some reading, but biking gives me fresh air and exercise. Another example is deciding what to eat for lunch - sometimes I'll grab quick noodles at my desk to meet deadlines, but other times I make the effort to go out for proper food with colleagues. These small choices seem insignificant, but they accumulate to impact productivity and wellbeing. That said, we shouldn't overthink every tiny decision - sometimes going with the flow works best.
