Technology can definitely affect family relationships in both positive and negative ways. On one hand, it helps families stay connected even when they're apart. For example, my parents live in Hangzhou, and I'm in Shanghai, but we use WeChat video calls almost every evening to catch up. It feels like we're still part of each other's daily lives. On the other hand, technology can also create distractions. Sometimes, during family gatherings, everyone's on their phones scrolling through social media or checking messages, and it takes away from real conversation. That said, I think it's about how you use it-setting boundaries can make technology a helpful tool rather than a disruption.
