What are the different types of technology that young people often use?

Well, I'd say young people mainly use two types of technology - productivity tools and entertainment platforms. On one hand, students and young professionals rely heavily on things like ChatGPT or Notion for studying and work, which helps them stay organized and efficient. I use these daily in my UI design job here in Shanghai. On the other hand, social media apps like Douyin and gaming platforms are extremely popular for relaxation and socializing. What's interesting is that while both are digital, people tend to use them at different times - productivity tools during work hours, entertainment apps in the evenings. That said, the line sometimes blurs, like when students watch educational videos on Bilibili - it's both learning and entertainment.
