Do employees find it easy when things change at work?

I'd say it really depends on how the change is introduced and communicated. The main reason is that employees often feel uncertain when routines are disrupted, especially if they're not clear on the benefits or the process. For example, last year at my UI design company in Shanghai, we switched to a new project management tool. At first, it was quite frustrating because we were used to the old system, and the transition slowed us down. But once we received proper training and saw how it streamlined our workflow, most of us adapted well. That said, some colleagues who were less tech-savvy still struggled, which shows that support and patience are crucial during changes. Ultimately, it's about balancing innovation with practical support for employees.
