What activities do young children do in groups at school in your country?

In China, young children often do group activities like singing, dancing, and simple crafts in kindergarten. The main reason is that these activities help develop social skills early on-kids learn to cooperate and share materials. For example, I've seen my little cousin's class in Hangzhou practice group dances for Children's Day performances, where they have to coordinate movements and take turns leading. That said, academic group work becomes more common in primary school, like solving math problems together, but the playful group activities in early years really lay the foundation.
