What kinds of ambitions do young people often have in your country?

In China, I'd say many young people focus on career and financial stability as their main ambitions. That's largely because the job market is competitive, especially in cities like Shanghai, where I live. For example, many of my friends are aiming for promotions or starting their own businesses because they want financial independence. However, I've also noticed that some younger people are more interested in work-life balance compared with older generations. They prioritize hobbies or personal growth alongside their careers, which I think reflects a shift in values.
