I think the best decisions usually combine both logic and emotion. Pure logic can be too rigid sometimes, while emotions help us consider human factors. For example, when I decided to run that half marathon I mentioned earlier, logically I knew I didn't have enough time or experience. But emotionally, I really wanted the challenge and personal growth. That emotional drive kept me going when training got tough. That said, you can't ignore logic completely - I still followed a proper training plan to avoid injury. The key is finding the right balance between what makes sense and what feels right.
