Part 3an occasion you remember when you saw a lot of people smiling

Do children smile more than adults do?

子どもは大人よりもよく笑いますか?

バンド7.5 模範解答

I'd say children generally smile more than adults, mainly because they haven't yet learned to filter their emotions like we do. Kids express joy immediately - when they see a puppy on the street or get an ice cream, their whole face lights up. I notice this with my little cousin in Hangzhou - she'll giggle at the simplest things, like blowing bubbles or chasing pigeons in the park. Adults do smile too, of course, but often it's more controlled - we might hold back at work or in formal situations. That natural, unguarded happiness seems to fade as we take on more responsibilities.
