Ambition drives progress, that's the main reason we need ambitious people. Without that push to improve things, society would just stay the same. Take my own experience learning video editing-if I hadn't pushed myself to get better at it, I wouldn't be able to create useful materials for my UI design work now. At the same time, ambition needs direction-like my high school math teacher Mr. Wang used to say, effort without focus just burns you out. So when people channel that drive properly, whether in tech, education, or other fields, that's when real change happens.
